Terms of Service
By creating an account or using the platform at jackedupgaming.com ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
JackedUp Gaming is a multi-game online platform. One account holds a token balance. Tokens are purchased in USD via Stripe at $0.10 each (10 tokens / dollar). Each hour of active gameplay across any game on the platform drains one token. Tokens never expire on the platform end; they have no cash value once purchased and are not refundable except where required by law.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK).
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You must not be prohibited from receiving the Service under U.S. law.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
- One human → one account. Multi-accounting to amplify rewards is grounds for ban.
- You may delete your account by emailing Jacksonmilesmorris@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or use unauthorized client modifications.
- Harass other players, post hate speech, or share illegal content.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service to host or distribute malware.
Violations may result in token forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent ban without refund.
Tokens, purchases, refunds
- Token purchases are final. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for unauthorized charges or service outages exceeding 24 hours.
- Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for currency.
- Saved payment methods are stored by Stripe and used only to process top-ups you initiate (including the in-game low-token "quick-buy" prompt, which always shows the amount before charging).
Content ownership
JackedUp Gaming retains all rights to game content, source code, art, and the platform itself. User-submitted content (custom avatars, character names, in-game messages) remains your property; by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as part of the Service.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may take the Service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to security incidents. Outages over 24 hours may qualify for token credit on request.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JackedUp Gaming is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or extended inactivity. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing the address below.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed 14 days before taking effect and the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Continued use after the change indicates acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
